First of all, thank you for supporting Restland. Every purchase helps us cover hosting costs, maintain the server, and continue improving the experience for our community.

Before making a purchase, please take a moment to read the following terms.

1. General Information

By purchasing anything from the Restland Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our server rules.

If you are under 18, please make sure you have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.

You must also have permission to use the payment method selected at checkout.

2. Purchases & Delivery

All purchases are digital and intended for use on the Restland Minecraft server.

Please double-check your Minecraft username before completing your order. We cannot guarantee automatic delivery if an incorrect username is entered.

Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes. If you haven't received your purchase, please contact our support team through our official Discord.

We will do our best to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.

3. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds.

Once a purchase has been successfully delivered, Restland does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, stopped playing, or no longer wish to use the purchased benefits.

This applies to all digital products sold through our store, including ranks, lootboxes, claim blocks, and other in-game benefits.

Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you experience an incorrect charge, missing purchase, or delivery issue, please contact our support team so we can investigate and help resolve the problem.

4. Ranks & In-Game Benefits

Purchased ranks provide the perks listed in their product descriptions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, permanent ranks are one-time purchases intended to last for the operating lifetime of the Restland server.

Please understand that purchasing a permanent rank does not guarantee that Restland will operate forever.

We may occasionally adjust certain perks, commands, rewards, or features to keep the server balanced, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

We will communicate significant changes whenever possible and handle affected purchases in accordance with applicable law.

5. Server Rules & Account Restrictions

Purchasing a rank does not make anyone exempt from the server rules.

All players are expected to treat others respectfully and follow our community guidelines.

Cheating, exploiting, harassment, fraud, and other serious rule violations may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions, regardless of purchased rank.

Any impact on purchased benefits will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Server Updates & Availability

We work hard to keep Restland running smoothly, but maintenance, technical issues, updates, and unexpected downtime can sometimes happen.

Some features may also change as Minecraft and our plugins are updated.

Our goal is always to keep the server stable and enjoyable for the community.

7. Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with a payment or purchase, please contact Restland Support first. We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent payment activity or deliberate abuse of the payment system may result in account restrictions.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising any legal rights you may have regarding payment disputes.

Information provided during purchases will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable policies of our payment and store providers.
